A monogram project that explores various means of visually communicating an identity using two initials.
A university project
My logotype work revolved around the iterative sketching process, connecting letters of different type in a way that reflected my personality. My aim was to create a unique design that would be recognisable from afar and applicable to products of different scales. The final logo mimicks how a strip of paper can be folded in ways to give meaning. I wanted to portray my belief that meaningful work and aesthetics are not mutually exclusive - even the simplest of designs can capture the essence of an idea.
